BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

please read and agree to the booking terms and conditions before requesting a service.

 

Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein:

Customer requests for detailing times are estimates only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service. ​All bookings requested through the website are based on detailing package, location, type of car, and condition of the vehicle. 

 

Little Trees Detailing, LLC reserves the right to adjust any price before the actual detailing should it differ from the online booking information.

Little Trees Detailing will perform a 10-minute pre-detailing check of all vehicles prior to starting the reserved service.

​

During the pre-check inspection, the vehicle will be assessed for any problematic  areas that may be cause for concern (e.g. stains that can not be removed, odors that would be problematic, etc.)

 

All prior vehicle damage both interior and exterior will be documented and communicated to the owner with photos ​

Upon completion of the pre-check inspection, communication via text will be made to the client to confirm services or discuss any discrepancies. Confirmation from the client is needed before services can be rendered. Clients must be available to discuss detailing service before any work can be done.

Once a confirmation is received, Little Trees Detailing will respond with an invoice reflecting all communication regarding services and pricing. Please note: your service cost may be higher after the pre-check inspection. ​

 

​Full payment is due at the completion of your service. Refusal or failure to pay for your service invalidates this service agreement.

 

​Please be considerate and give at least 12 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service. Little Trees will be as accomodationg as possible.
